- -You can return any Andy & Evan product purchased on www.andyandevan.com within 30 days for a full refund.
- -You can return any Andy & Evan product purchased on www.andyandevan.com within 90 days for online store credit.
- -Final Sale items are excluded from the above; unless they are damaged or defective or you received the wrong item or size.
- -In order to be eligible for a refund or store credit the item(s) must meet all of the following requirements: unworn, unaltered, unwashed, undamaged, factory-attached tags still on the garment(s), with original packaging included.
- -Items purchased elsewhere must be returned to original store location where purchased.
- -Exchanges: If you made a sizing error or simply wanted to order another style instead, we simply ask that you follow the guidelines below to return your existing order (within 30 days for a full refund or within 90 days for an Andy & Evan online store credit) and place a brand new order for your desired items. Please note: shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Refunds & Credits:
- -Refunds are made to whatever original payment method was used, once product is received at our warehouse.
- -Credits are issued to the official email address on file, once product is received at our warehouse.
- -Refunds & Credits are issued within 30 days (but generally sooner), and a confirmation email will be sent notifying you.
- -To return an item, you must first submit your request at our return page. You can begin the process by using the link below:
- -Please be sure to include a copy of your Return Authorization Form with your return, and please write the RA# on your box to help expedite processing.
- -Customer is responsible for cost of return shipments, except in the case of damaged, defective, or wrongly shipped product.
- -We strongly encourage customers to insure their shipment as we are not responsible for lost returns or exchanges.
