2. (US ONLY) SHIPPING ON ORDERS UNDER $75.00 COSTS $6.95, AND ARRIVES WITHIN 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE DATE ORDER WAS PLACED.
3. (US ONLY) SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $75.00 ARE FREE, AND ARRIVE WITHIN 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE DATE ORDER WAS PLACED.
4. TWO-DAY SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE (TO ANYWHERE IN THE USA) FOR $19.95 AND ARRIVES WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES MADE SIMPLE: 6 THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW!
1. ITEMS RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE YOUR ORDER WAS DELIVERED, ARE ELIGIBLE FOR A FULL REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE. THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO FACE MASKS, AS ALL MASK PURCHASES ARE FINAL. (Please note: shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and you must return the items ordered in error at your own expense).
2. YOU MAY ALSO RETURN AN ITEM WITHIN 60 DAYS FROM THE DATE YOUR ORDER WAS DELIVERED FOR STORE CREDIT TO WWW.ANDYANDEVAN.COM. (Please note: shipping and handling charges are non-refundable/not-credited, and you must return the items ordered in error at your own expense).
3. IF YOU ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE IN ERROR, WE SIMPLY ASK THAT YOU SUBMIT A RETURN REQUEST USING THE LINK BELOW, AND PLACE A NEW ORDER FOR YOUR DESIRED ITEMS. (Please note: shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and you must return the items ordered in error at your own expense so double check our Sizing Chart or consult with a member of our customer service team if you are unsure of the size you should select).
4. IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR EITHER A FULL REFUND OR CREDIT, THE ITEM(S) MUST MEET ALL OF THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS: UNWORN, UNALTERED, UNWASHED, UNDAMAGED, FACTORY-ATTACHED-TAGS STILL ON THE GARMENT(S), AND ORIGINAL PACKAGING NEEDS TO BE INCLUDED.

IF WE SENT YOU THE WRONG-SIZE, WRONG-ITEM, A DAMAGED PRODUCT, PLEASE ACCEPT OUR SINCEREST APOLOGIES, AND KNOW THAT WE WILL MAKE THINGS RIGHT; INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: COVER SHIPPING OF ANY REPLACEMENTS OR RETURNS, SPEEDILY PROCESS A REFUND OR EXCHANGE, AND VIRTUALLY HUG YOU TO MAKE IT ALL BETTER :)

MORE DETAILS (FOR THOSE VORACIOUS READERS OUT THERE):
You must submit a request using the link above before mailing back your items to be eligible for a refund or store credit. Once your request has been made, we will contact you with further instructions and/or status updates.
Once your package has been received, if approved, your refund will be applied within 30 days to the payment method used at the time of purchase, and/or your online store credit will be emailed to the email account on file. You will be notified to your email of record when this refund or credit has been issued. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the time you mail your return/exchange to be processed. Please note: shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and items sold during “Final Sale” promotions are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrived damaged or defective, or were mis-shipped.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We highly recommend you insure and track your parcel and adequately protect it during shipment. Andy & Evan is not responsible for product lost or damaged during return shipping.
DAMAGED AND/OR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE PROCEDURES
First of all, please accept our sincerest apology! While we strive for perfection, mistakes do occasionally happen and less than stellar quality merchandise does slip through the cracks. If you received an item that is damaged or defective, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt of said item in order to be eligible for an exchange or refund (including shipping and handling fees). Our first goal is to replace the item for you at no additional cost; shipping for the replacement item is on us of course. If we can’t replace the exact item for you, or help you find a similar item to your liking, then we will issue you a full refund including your original shipping and handling fees. As far as the damaged/defective item in your possession, we may ask that you send us pictures and/or a description of the damage/defect, and either request that you send the item back to us (with a prepaid label provided by us) or donate it to a local charity of your choice. But please hold onto the item until you have clear instructions from a member of our customer service team. Again, we sincerely apologize for this inconvenience, and please know that we are 1000% committed to correcting this problem as smoothly and as seamlessly as possible for you.
MADE A SIZING SNAFU?
We know that sizing can be an issue when trying to fit an ever growing child. We do ask that you refer to our size chart to ensure the best fit before placing your order. However, if you are still unsure of which size to choose please get in touch with us before you place your order, since we are unable to process exchanges for sizing or order errors made by the customer. If you did order the wrong size in error, we simply ask that you follow the guidelines for returns stated above and place a new order for your desired items. Please note: shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and you must return the items ordered in error at your own expense.
If you find that we sent you the wrong merchandise or wrong size, we will gladly process an exchange for the item originally ordered. Just drop us an email at email@example.com to get the process started. Please understand that we are unable to guarantee that exchange merchandise will be available at the time your order is processed; in these instances we will either help you find a similar item in the correct size or refund your original form of payment including the shipping and handling fees.
THINGS TO CONSIDER WHEN SENDING ITEMS BACK TO ANDY & EVAN:
We recommend you using a shipping service with tracking and/or insurance, as this will provide you with recourse in the event that your package is lost in transit. Andy & Evan is only responsible for packages that leave our shipping warehouse via orders placed through www.andyandevan.com. Please return your items in the original packaging if possible.
NEED TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE ANDY & EVAN MERCHANDISE PURCHASED FROM ANOTHER ONLINE RETAILER OR PHYSICAL STORE?
We ask that you please contact the store that you made the purchase from directly. Andy & Evan does not accept responsibility for any other stores policies and procedures and will not accept returns on their behalf, nor process refunds or exchanges for merchandise received or purchased outside of www.andyandevan.com.
Standard shipping for orders in the US takes 5-10 business days from the time your order was placed. Please note - we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email informing you that the order has shipped. Orders placed before 10am EST will be processed the same day. You can always login here to your account to check the status. Orders placed outside the US can take anywhere from 5-15 business days in transit after processing. All US orders placed through www.andyandevan.comare shipped via USPS. We offer Ground and 2-Day Shipping.
When will I be charged for my order?
Once your order is placed, your credit card will be charged. You will only be charged for the items that you ordered, along with appropriate shipping and tax, where applicable. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. We are not responsible for typographical errors.
We process orders very quickly in order to ensure the fastest delivery possible. Because of this, we cannot change or cancel your order once it has been submitted. Please be sure to check all information very carefully before placing your order. We are not responsible for typographical errors.
We accept several forms of payment here at www.andyandevan.com. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We do not accept payment by check, money order or purchase order, and we do not accept orders through the mail. All prices are in US Dollars.

Orders are packed and processed for delivery at our commercial warehouse in California. You can place an order online or by phone, but at the present time you cannot physically come to our office in NYC or warehouse in CA to pick it up yourself, nor can you send your drone! Save your money and buy another Andy & Evan ShirtzieTM instead!
